I ran across a nice unbiased review of the main Linux distros. There is no 'best' Linux distro, instead, there are distros intended for different audiences and for different puposes. Which one you choose depends on your needs and skill level.

In a bit of a follow up to the recent media apps for GNU/Linux post, I wanted to give a quick rundown of some major distro’s.
