SnortShorewall is the program that uses snort and shorewall to help protect
your network. The new version 1.4.4 has minor changes with the logging format.Change Log
v1.4.3 -> v1.4.4 --------------- - Modified logging to distinguish alerts going to port 80 on the server. If you have a web server running you can easily determine which messages were a result of web traffic and possibly add the sid to the trusted. The new logging will begin with an * if it is web traffic (eg (*NEW IP BLOCKED) ............) - Cleaned up logging a bit. No longer printing src port for ignored access. The source port for this access is rarely important - Cleaned up some unused variables
